Sometimes the mundane appears: one family held off going to the hospital for the birth of their first son until after midnight.  They were paying the bill and wanted to avoid an extra day&#039;s charge! We are originally from a country with mandatory universal health insurance and this kind of thrift surprised us!]]></description>
